NHCM is a small, grassroots charity that serves orphans and vulnerable children in Africa. Based in Lugazi Luwayo, Uganda, New Hope currently provides food, education, AIDS prevention training, and personal counseling to 120 desperately needy children. Most of these kids have watched their parents waste away slowly from AIDS and all have lived in extreme poverty.
Our mission is simple–to nurture these young victims of AIDS and poverty and forge them into well-educated leaders for Africa’s future.
Alone, this is not possible. We are too small and too isolated in a small corner of East Africa to access the funds necessary to pay for food, school fees, medical care and clothing. But with your help, we can give these kids real hope, a hope that brings lasting change to their young lives.
What you can do to help:
- Make a donation
- Sponsor a child
- Volunteer at New Hope
If you can’t make a financial contribution right now, you can still be a HUGE help by becoming our friend , give us advises, tell your friends, family members and coworkers about New Hope. Ask them to visit our face book page and consider making a contribution. The more people who understand the problem, the better our chances at raising the support needed to solve the problem.
